Matching pair of vintage Balochi C-shaped cuffs. Traditional Balochi bracelets with chased (punched) design. Rigid horseshoe cuffs are hollow and made of in mixed metals. Can be adjusted CAREFULLY to a bit larger or smaller opening, but they are hollow and the metal will buckle if too much pressure is applied. These bracelets look beautiful stacked together or mix it up with different styles. These bracelets are vintage pieces with some wear.
The Baloch or Baluch are semi-nomadic Iranian people who live mainly in the Balochistan region, located at the southeastern-most edge of the Iranian plateau and encompassing the countries of Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. Balochi women wear an assortment of nose-rings, earrings, rings on fingers and toes, necklaces, bracelets, and ornaments in the hair. Jewelry is typically made from gold, silver, or less desirable metals, depending on one's means
