This vintage choli from India is an absolute standout with an amazing amount of detailing. Wear as is or take apart and use pieces to embellish and add color to costuming. More information in item details below.
The Banjara, or Lambani women (and other variations of this name) use brightly colored fabrics, shisha mirror work, beads and shells to embellish every part of their clothing and personal accessories. Mirrors and cowrie shells are added to the edges of blouses and hems of skirts and incorporated into tassels and jewelry. Every piece of fabric has at least some mirror work to attract the eye.

Size: This piece is small, like most authentic cholis are. Fabric is
about 23 inches TOTAL across the chest, not including gap in the back.
Length: From shoulder to bottom of hem is about 21.5 inches.
Fabric Color: Multi, including plain cotton cloth and brocade.
Embroidery Colors: Multi, including red, yellow, blue, green, pink and more.
