Welcome to the new Red Camel web site! I began work on this new site in late November, 2023 on something of an emergency basis when the old web site stopped working correctly without a good solution to the problem. This also looked like the perfect time to do something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time - move the web site to a newer, more photo-based format. There are lots of beautiful photos on the home and informational pages and larger photos on the product pages in an easier to navigate format.

The new site is running on the redcamel.com domain name. The old redcamel.net domain is linked to this new site and most old links will take you to the corresponding page on this site. All Red Camel email addresses will remain with the redcamel.net domain name for the time being.

Checkout pages are set up more logically here and are more streamlined. You can still pay with credit / debit cards and Paypal, but Apple Pay has been added as well. Shipping is up and running with ALL our previous options, PLUS a new Simple Export Rate is now available for customers outside the US! You can still create and save an account and purchase gift cards. 

Unfortunately there are some differences with the new site that are not ideal. I can no longer see live or abandoned shopping carts. If you want to show me the items in your cart, it would probably be best to take a screen shot and send it to me via email - help@redcaml.net.  I have requested that the new platform make this available, but at present it is not.

This site also does not support wholesale accounts. If you are a wholesale customer, please contact me for information on this at info@redcamel.net.

Overall, the new web site is much simpler to use for all of us.  I hope you love it as much as I do!
